Learner Driver Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our driving school services. Please read them carefully before enrolling in lessons.
Paying for Lessons:
- Payments can be made through debit cards or digital wallets like PayPal.
- Full payment is required before lessons or for a block booking.
- Discounts may be available for block bookings or specific packages.
Refund Policy:
We offer a full refund for unused prepaid lessons, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will get a full refund.
- However, cancellations within 48 hours of the lesson won’t qualify for a refund.
- Refunds for cancelled lessons are subject to the cancellation policy (see below)
Booking Fees:
- A booking fee of [amount] may be applied to each lesson or block booking. Redeeming Prepaid Lessons:

Prepaid lessons must be booked in advance according to our availability. You can manage your prepaid lessons and booking schedule through Customer Panel, which you can access here:

Cancellation Policy:
- We require 48 hours notice for lesson cancellations.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged full lesson fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.
Short Notice Test Bookings:
- We may be able to accommodate short notice test bookings for an additional fee of [amount]. Subject to availability.
Liability:
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during lessons unless directly caused by our negligence.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid learner’s permit and meet all legal requirements for driving.
Use of Personal Data and Information:

Additional Information:
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly checking for updates.
